The Amity Fire District is located in the Northwestern Willamette Valley Region of Oregon. We proudly protect a mostly rural population of approximately 2500 residents, scattered over an area of 85 square miles. Our District includes the city of Amity which is currently populated by about 1300 residents.
The Fire District is currently comprised of 49 personnel, of which 47 are volunteers. We operate out of 2 fire stations. Our main station is located in Amity and a satellite station is located in Perrydale, about 10 miles to the southwest. The District enjoys an ISO rating of 5.
The Amity Fire District's history dates back to 1895.
Amity Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Amity Fire District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
